HOW TO DEHYDRATE KIWI FRUIT - How To Preserve Kiwi Fruit By Dehydrating / Dehydrated

Hi Guys, dehydrated Kiwi Fruit is one of the most delicious dried fruits, so in this video I show you how to dehydrate Kiwi Fruit, it is better than fresh kiwi and perfect for those big crops when the season is good.
For some reason in my home, freshly picked Kiwi Fruit can sit in the kitchen for weeks and no one can be bothered to cut, peel and eat it. But when It is dehydrated, I am kept busy keeping it on the shelf, which means no wasted fruit.
It's a great travel snack, especially for my Son who is a Type 1 Diabetic and needs to carry snacks with him on his bush hikes and bike rides in the Ranges.
If you have never tried dried Kiwi Fruit then I highly recommend it.

Choosing my favourite dehydrated fruit is not easy because there are so many delicious choices to choose from, but Kiwi Fruit would probably be my favourite. I love kiwi. My favorite is cranberries. I don't grow them myself though so I buy them. I'm not buying any more home items until we move to our own property. There's no space when I'm staying or where Lee and our son Daniel are staying.

Yes they do PawPaw Mountain. You need a male plant and a female plant and the females are prolific fruiters. My Kiwi plants are still very young so I am hoping for my first crop next year. I was lucky enough to get these Kiwi from a local restaurant when we went in to sudden lockdown Number Seven and they gave them to me.
