Apparently people must have forgotten that 2pac died September 13, 1996. During that time until today, Keefe D at various stages has been free to not only walk this earth but get married and raise a family. Keefe D has been able to form friendships, and according to his neighbors, from all appearances was essentially a nice individual. I knew 2pac personally having met him in Oakland in 1991 as I'm from Northern California, till obviously his death on September 13,1996. Yes, we didn't have social media, so it was easy to fly under the radar. I dont post pictures or anything otherwise with regard to 2pac as im a 50 year old mother of 3 and grandmother of 4. I have a job and life, so attempting to exploit someone i knew personally and loved unconditionally, had unbridled loyalty to, was a confidant, and friends with benefits relationship is not something I need to do. Im not in the business of exploitation, monetary gain, or clout. I'm good financially, mentally, and self-worth is not about clicks/ views/ content. I really could careless whether Keefe D is out on bail or who even bails him out as that is a personal choice. Again, Keefe D has essentially been free since September 7,1996 at various stages, so him put on bail at this point is a minute issue. Instead I find odd that people fail to realize that Keefe D signed an agreement with the government on good faith in exchange for a queen for a day only to turn around and claim he lied. You can not lie to the Fedz. So essentially, if Keefe D is found not guilty or even a mistrial based on his statement that the entire confession was a lie. The fedz will step in and have the legal authority to indictment Keefe D on the pcp charges as well as lying to the government. So, when the verdict comes down, you can believe THE Fedz will have an indictment and institute a federal hold immediately. So Keefe D isn't going anywhere. You may get away with lying to local law enforcement. But the Fedz do not play. They have endless resources and support, and their conviction rate is at least 90% or better. Mob James doesn't need to testify what for, his testimony isn't relevant other saying I saw a white cadillac. Foxy isn't testifying either as essentially its Keefe D word against hers. Foxy can simply say I wasn't there and even if she was, she can say Zip got out the car to speak to someone I didn't know. Suge isn't testifying as he himself has credibility issues and unless Vegas/ Government, and CA governor is willing to offer early release and relocation for his family as they did with Sammy against John gotti.
