OPM is a great anime, but personally I like Mob Psycho a little more. So many characters like Mob, Reigen, Ritsu, Teru, and more have great character development. Mob is OP like Saitama, but there's more depth to it in that Mob is powerful on his own, but there's a darker power within him. Also, Mob is just a cutie who still needs his devoted protection squad

Saitama was a weak human who worked hard to become the strongest and their two different animes and mob psycho is gonna focus on a mob while OPM is centred around a op man

Bit late, but your read of Saitama is wrong. Mob is a kid who has infinite potential and could be someone who is extremely good at what he does, but he doubts himself and doesn't believe in himself (partially because his talents aren't of any interest to his crush). He's essentially a child prodigy who just hasn't figured out what he's great at despite it being obvious to everyone else. Saitama is already at the top of his game, but is severely depressed because he's too good at what he's doing that it no longer holds any interest to him. The story of One Punch Man is basically a guy who was lonely finding friends who give him a reason to put his talents to use. They both have a ton of character in them if you look beneath the surface level.

I just realised somthing Mob uses blue and rainbow crystal energy Blue is his natural and the rainbow crystal is the energy he absorbed The boss of claw had a similar ability and he used a red mechanical petern witch symbolises his psycic network and links, because he and mob have similar abilities they look and act the same But mob aborbs just the energy from everything wile the boss of claw absorbs threw the links he has created with people Mob is really strong because all the ghosts he absorbed wile the boss of claw gets his power from his subordenats

So you start with a scene where his "teacher" tells him not to fight, and then you start the song with a fighting scene...

It's not about fighting, it's about killing. The teacher doesn't want Mob to kill his enemies. In order to protect his friends he needs to eliminate every enemy in their path -- atleast that's what he is thinking. You can deduce that from Mob saying "I don't care what happens to my enemies".

Eh, no. It's a reoccurring theme in the anime that the teacher doesn't want Mob to fight with other humans. In the "fight" that commences after this scene he attacks one ghost, and throws a single person when trying to unmask him (I assume he underestimated his own power there). So he doesn't even truly fight himself when he is under attack. I rest my case.

That's only when he is sane. If the teacher would have really died then Mob would have killed every enemy in his sight because of the "seal" being gone. Even if the teacher would have underestimated his power, ESPers or psychics have a stronger body in the sense of negating damage in different ways.(+ the energy which is flowing through their bodies is different). The fight scene which occurred with the teacher, the reason he wasn't fighting for real is because his intention was not to kill the enemy, he didn't have any killing intent, and everybody knows that punches without the intent to kill is weaker than other punches. As todays society would say, the teacher has what's called as a " common sense" meanwhile Mob doesn't have one.

And the thing is that we don't even know whether the teacher can actually stop berserk Mob. We only saw him stop a pre-berserk Mob. Don't come with speculated facts to me please. Throwing IS considered as attacking especially if you are training judo (although they do it more for self-defense). It doesn't matter whether it's a weak throw or not.If the teacher actually had a mind and he wasn't just a animated character, he could have stopped the fight in several ways like making the old man immobile. Just by reflecting the old mans power back to him. That would be considered as self-defense instead of attacking.
