I don't think Mob having the batman rule is a bad thing, because he's not a world saving superhero. He's a 13 year old trying to live a normal life who doesn't want to rely on his powers to put himself above others. When a threat resents itself, he will lock in and stop it. But that's not his life nor what he sets out to do. Most 9-5 people aren't going to be down with killing. He also isn't super strict with it. If theres no other way he is willing to cross that line, it's just as a kid he shouldn't have to make that choice. Also on the batman convo, at least when it comes to Gotham I think the judicial system need to take responsibility for that too, because Gotham so should reinstate the death penalty. Batman brought you the criminal at that point the city of gotham is responsible for what happens next but jsut like Batman they never kill these psychos. That's on them just as much as it is on Batman
