I personally like the design and features. It’s gives me a desi feel and looks which I like. Most likely the owner also wanted the country look. Due to openness, the upkeep will be challenging. May Allah bless the house and the residents.

I was very IMPRESSED with the sensitive detailing and selection of MATERIAL, but the only thing which was Killing me was REPETITIVENESS of circular foarm. The whole project was different and this visit is indeed a treat, However, from the perspective of material selection Terricota flooring was a treat but since house has so many daylight openings covered with glass which may result in greenhouse effect saying that the usage of Wood and Metal railing doesn't make scene (to me) Not Arguing but just want to Know and learn more and satisfy my curiosity. Thank again for such an enlighten Commentary.👍🏼

". . . quality in 'Practicality'. . ." thats a huge statement of depth! BTW, through out the episode, i kept telling myself that the area of the plot is modest however, the spaces and vistas it holds gives it an impression of a mega huge area. IMO, the bamboo screen idea and how incredible it looked is impressive since it is vital and would provide a lot of utility! I guess it is one of a quality-added feature of practicality that is full of aesthetics. Plus, the swimming pool addition makes the house complete. I would like to know the differences in environment and atmosphere that effect the making of the houses and how they complement the living spaces: of course Banjaiga series does delve into things that make the houses breathe with courtyards, green spaces and light and shadow play which is practical and also stunning to experience, i am talking more about the differences in environment and atmospheric changes in building the houses within Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

Horrible. This exemplifies everything thats wrong with modern pakistani architecture. You have to have the soul of a cyborg to use concrete gray as your theme when the material used isnt even concrete. This house is what i imagine hell looks like.

Nice house. Sohail sb used to make great houses but he almost hated young architects trying something new, Sohail sb is a good gentleman but his design is just too monotonous and at times immature.

Personally im thora sochnay per majboor hun art work by NCA pass out student , jitna pesa degree mai lagaya wo kissi talented needy person ko supporr karkay artist bana deti cause aissa art to ousko 5th standard say artist bana chuka tha . Visuals an western world has dumb our youth artists e.g spilling ink , sand ke baltii phenkna , dough roller per jism ghiskar khud ko yeh artist kehty thats waste work

This is probably the most confused and disjointed piece of architect I have seen on this channel. no harmony , no homogeny in inspiration borrowed from east asian architect , color schemes are those that will force you to leave the space.
