How do you move your screen while shooting and what device u use

To move ur screen while shooting put ur reload button in ur shoot button and make the reload button huge and the shoot small,that way u can press on thenreload button (it'll shoot when u do that) and move at the same time,now he doesn't do that in the vid I think he just moves his camera in the shoot button
