These ads are a great example of everything you shouldn't do when advertising. 1) Don't get in their face. If you constantly pester someone about your product, they will associate that product with annoyance, thus decreasing their likelyhood of spending their money on you. 2) Don't misrepresent what is being advertised. That way, you draw in consumers that are actually interested in the product instead of a twisted interpretation of the product. 3) Don't make it displeasing to the observer. The goal of an ad is to entice, not repulse. THESE STUPID ADS BREAK ALL OF THOSE RULES!
