This home is absolutely beautiful! This is the one i have ordered and waiting on it to come in any day now! I customized mine by changing the countertops to the Pine look and instead of shelves in the entertainment center (below where the tv goes) i added an electric fireplace surrounded with stone! I cant wait to see it!! 😍😍

Beautiful... Love the kitchen & that Island & wow for those patio doors... The flooring is beautiful , but NO carpet, would rather have throw rugs... My hubby hates carpet... Love the bathroom between the 2nd & 3rd bedroom... Playroom #2 & craft/game room #3...

That metal overhang over the front window is a nice touch. What I don't like in so many of these trailers is those "farmhouse" styles like doors that look like a barn, I mean what the hell? That is just ugly. My only other complaint, and I've seen another model similar to this one but it's that built in wall unit. The TV would be off center for the room. They need to build those things where the TV is in the center of the wall equally from sidewall to sidewall. That way the viewing angle is the same for everyone and also your home theatre speaker system will be properly balanced. Otherwise the couch up against that sidewall near the door is going to be off center for picture and sound. This might require one side of the wall unit being slimmer than the other side BUT that is ok and its much more important to have that TV equadistant from the sidewalls so that it is centered in the living room.

Is cool he usaualy gives prices but the thing you have to remember is these videos are just for illustration ideas you have to research your own regions for state & local ordinances & regional costs most of these things are built in Ohio Indiana Michigan Kentucky if you are pacific NW. or CaLi or SW. or New England or Florida or mid Atlantic you should really consider doing bussiness with a dealer or. MFG in your area because they already know your requirements and freight & handling will be cheaper by purchasing and having your unit built in your sector of the USA you can get it done quicker a MFG in Georgia or SC will build a unit to your specs but you have to order extra insulation package if your up in MN or Dakotas do bussiness there because those units produced there will meet your climatic needs for sure that is my ideology on the subject
