Mobile Home and Acres Update

I am sure a lot of you have been wondering, but our repairs aren't done yet unfortunately. The only thing that has been fixed is the backsplash. Nothing else at all. It is very frustrating. Other than that we are doing great and continue to work on our property.

I had a problem with my house so I filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency for my state and the issue got resolved in 2 weeks. In addition with the CPA file a complaint with the BBB, your taxes are already paying for the use of their lawyers.

Tell them to come get the home I bet they will get busy and get things done. Since you are not satisfied with the things they won't fix return it. Take care.

So sorry Josie it seems all manufacturer home places are pretty much the same. Wish there was a sign off sheet like regular homes but keep on them sister.

Ours had to remodeled. We gave the contractor a year time frame. Well when we moved back in March, minor things needed fixing which I expected. I didn’t expect problems with the the toilet in our room. Or the contractors tools still in our home. Been trying to be patient but it’s frustrating

Praying God will work all those things out for you. See if they are on any socials medias. You can post a bad review there. How are the horses doing? Would love an update on the horses.

Your problems, are truly unnecessary, it's horrible to hear how many changes you and your family members are going through. Stop calling them for the present time, contact your lawyer, file a lawsuit. File your complaints with these various companies, you will get results. 1. Federal Trade Commission 2. BBB Better Business Bureau 3. Consumer Protection Agency 4. Your Attorney General, C/O "Complaints Department" 5. State of Attorney Office, Located in your State. Go purchase your "Window Screens" keep your receipts, and what you're able to repair inside your home, pass all your receipts to your lawyer. Good luck. Cheers! from Illinois.

P.S. He does not plan on sending anybody. The screens h e could have sent by the mail or had someone drop them off. Because you all csn just pop the screens in the window yourself. That alone tells me he is just 🐃 💩 you. The smoke detector put in improperly is endangering you alls lives... Have the lawyer put that in the letter. Also contact your states Attorney Generals Office. Put in a complaint They can help you.

Sorry, you're still having issues with the builder. I'm looking into a getting land now. I noticed Buccaneer is under Clayton and I've heard others complain about them after there setup. The chickens escalated quickly, lol. You guys seem to be making great progress.

Yes Unfortunately here all we really have is Clayton but I for sure will not be getting one made by Buccaneer homes again!!

He is giving you the run around because he thinks he can. He is taking advantage of you because your a young woman. Get a layer to write him a letter stating the fact that you were sold a house that was intact without any damage. That is not what was delivered. Send out contractors to fix the damages & with the missing screens ASAP. Or you all will find a contractor & send them the bill, which they will have to pay... Due to the fact thst he is claiming the company doesn't have any contractors. Make sure you give the lawyer a detailed list of missing items & damages. Also give him the info on when you messaged this guy & your conversations. Also have the lawyer cc copies to the CEO, CFO , District Mgr & Mgr of the company All of that info should be on the website The letters need to be sent certified with return receipt. That gives proof that the letters were received.

Sounds like it's time for a lawyer and/or the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Also remind them that free publicity works 2 ways. If you are happy, you will sing their praises to everyone and that could get them MORE business. If you are NOT happy, you will warn everyone to NOT use this company and it will cost them business. Good luck. I hope everything gets fixed and you can 100% get settled in.
