Another nice home. Nice high ceilings. Looks like thick walls which are a real energy saver. Like the foyer. Most homes don’t have this. Kitchen is well done. Nice countertops and backsplash. Cabinets top knotch. Let’s the white appliances. Gives the room a clean bright look. Sink is excellent. Garden doors really brightens up the space too. The laundry pair is way above average. Master suite okay. Master bath is pretty small. Additionally the bath is below average. First is too small and second the fixtures could be a little more upscale. Closet is small. Overall all things considered I’d give this home 8/10.

Would’ve loved to finish watching this video, but seems I’m only looking at walls most of the time. Had to move on, hurting my eyeballs.

I'm clearly not the only one finding your filming in a too tight, almost claustrophobic format. It would be preferable to have an initial panning of each room for context, allowing one to see the configuration better & then t close in on the details. I would also suggest perhaps putting a floor plan at the inception of the video to allow viewers to get the overall lay of the land before the tour even begins. It need only be flashed briefly onscreen as we can pause it to examine at our leisure. Lastly, I think that you might also be a little overly detailed on some of the more technical aspects of the wiring & plumbing, etc. as anyone wanting more specific info could surely contact you, or even be given some additional information in the description section below. I do enjoy these home tours very much and have only recently discovered the world of mobile & modular homes which interest me greatly, but your video is a titch too long and micro-informative. Having said that, I still appreciate you putting tours and info online for us. Thanks.

You need to zoom out a bit. You can't even get a good feel for the lay out cuz your zoomed in on everything too much!

I like the 2 bedroom home but do you do them with Spray foam insulation and do you have the option of a Tankless Water Heaterr? Those are two things I am really interested in!
