House payment $250, $75 electric, $75 gas, $580 lot rent. All together $980. Lot rent includes city & water, sewage, property maintenance, trash and recycling removal, and postal service. Excellent deal. Another thing that I like is, whenever there is a problem I can go to the Dolans and inform them, and they're right on the spot in solving the problem. Guaranteed.

I like the Dolan Homes better, they seem to be on the spot for everything. The lot fees are reasonable compared to Apartment rental. The house payments (depending on the size (for example a 2 bedroom 1 bath) is $250 per month, gas bill $75, and electric $100 or less. Last month it was $75). Altogether the budget was $980.00. Not bad at all. Plus I prefer Dolanhomes because I like the area where I feel safe, and secured. Background checks, I highly recommend. I lived in an area that I did not know was a non respectful area... I had my car stolen off my driveway.
