Mobile Hotspot Not Connecting to Internet - Vodafone Ireland (Pay As You Go) Customer Solution

this video gives an overview of how to sound of the issue of the mobile hotspot. this problem is caused by my mobile service provider Vodafone in Ireland blocking the mobile hotspot. a quick solution is to delete all access point names apart from Vodafone live!
