Honestly I really doubted this would be the best build for Argus since it doesn't really have a lot of movement speed. But I tried it and wow this build really is the best build for Argus. The damage is so insane you don't even need much movement speed to chase the enemy cause they will die before they can even do anything. That is why I love your videos Moba King, you are the best.

Sometimes u need to use skill 2 before skill 1 ... example : when you use skill 1 on lesley she uses her bombe to throw you she uses basic attack (higher damage if passive) then skill 1 to escape and you won't even be able to hit her with basic or skill 2 :D Note : never use your combo versus a pro harley xD you will need your ult to get away not even to fight him xD

Ok this is how to do it. Get into a bush. Pre-use inspire inside the bush. Use the hook to stun harley. Spam the second skill even before your hook reaches harley. If you do it right, you will kill harley in that 1.05 seconds and he wont have a chance to escape. If you have a gusion or harley in enemy team, i recommend using petrify, as you can then have a total of 1.75 second stun if you do it right, completely shutting down harley, gusion, hellcurt, or even strong fighters like guinivere.

Moba king i think the 10 or 15% cooldown when you have buff is really good for argus for the ult really need it for early game cause 75 cooldown
