Today we wheelie into day 7 with zombies eating our dust! We manage to bag this beauty late in the episode, but first we make a TONNE of progress on benches and looting.

Making one bench for a specific item you need is as good a way of getting through it as another. SQ has done a really good job of pretty much making things interdependent anyway. If you need this bench to make that item, you're surely going to need these 3 items to make the components to make the bench. It's maddeningly well done. Best advice I can give is just loot loot loot. That, and get the maintenance bench and the recycling bench as soon as you can. Those will make your life a lot easier, especially when you realize you can break down ammo you aren't using so you can craft it into ammo you DO want.

Totally agree, very well done by SQ! Very impressed with this mod, feels like a whole new game. Now horde is out the way (vid out Sat 6pm GMT) we have time to make some serious progress with benches and weapons! Will get that recycling station up ASAP. Cheers! 👍

Looting is the key, you find almost everything when Looting and more you loot higher it gets. Just my opinion. Really enjoying your series 🙂

just a suggestion but move your maintenance station to behind the blacksmith station on right angle against the metal box behind it and in between the roof piece so it forms a L shape with your blacksmith station but behind it still easy for you to access from the side. Ps yes getting more mobile is the next best thing after having furnace and forge and maintenance station. PPs cop cars give some steel plating when wrenched as well as normal other car stuff.

So a couple of things I learned doing UL use your repair station for ALL the repairs you can only use your repair kits for things that your bench cant repair (or use the trader one) I always take a back up if I have it weapons esp in case they break while I am in a poi I dont use the repair kits they are too rare early on. also craft a stone spear I believe they are better than just the pointy stick . I did all my repairs in my repair station during the night so I was ready to go as soon as 4 am hits (this includes armor) good luck great mod

It hurts to see you chop the stacks of tires - pick them up! (until you reach the point where you think you have enough wheels) Congrats on all the progress and extending your not-dying streak. You can get some decent loot from lock picking vehicles (especially police and military vehicles). The lock picking candy and timed charges work differently (far better) than in vanilla and are 100% worth the coin.

Love it! So... Not to throw gas on a fire :) but there are not one, but TWO updates out. Should only need the most recent of course (2.6.15) and it won't mess with your save. That said, while the patch notes are inclusive, not sure you need either of them right now. Might be best, at least now, to wait for the stable. Just wanted to let you know in case you wanted to update.

My favorite Monkey, just a small hint to make your life easier. When you want to repair a vehicle and it opens the recipe, just click the little needle and it will pin the recipe. That pin recipe is available everywhere, where there is an ingredient list in UL. Small QoL inventions are just perfect for our poor Primate brains that doesn't remember everything 😂 I preferred your short recap of the episode which wasn't recorded properly. It's the right decision to provide content which suits your quality expectations. Can you kaybe do me a favor in the next video and link the music sources in the description? That would be really great. BTW. If you invest two points into lock picking you can open almost every lock early game with Bobby pins and auto unlock which increases the action skill 9f picking and eventually you will ba able to open even weapons safes and hardened chests just with Bobby pins. Or just carry timed charges with you use in the radial menu BTW. you may want to join Subquake's Discord and announce your UL videos there. I sometimes forget that.
