This is a good move and viable too. But, with some exceptions. We need to strictly not given these instalments smart phones to those living in Balochistan, KPK. The reason is that these are the two areas which cost us alot in the Past. Like Citi-visa lost lots of money due to these persons which are virtually not approachable --- by fleeing away from KPK to Afghanistan or similarly from Balochistan to Iran. If implemented those restrictions this scheme will be a great success with ZERO loss.
