not really, they can decide that if an item clearly goes against it's rules, they can not give a refund, since you bought the item (supposedly) *knowing* that item went against the Roblox rules & etc and still bought it. for any samsung users out there who still have the audio issue, theres 2 samsung features that can fix it. method 1. you need a Bluetooth speaker for this one. go to settings and enable separate app sound. press 'app' and add the app you wanna listen to. then go to 'audio device' and press the name of your bluetooth speaker. what this does is plays music from your speaker and the roblox audio will play from your phone. or you can mute roblox audio in roblox settings. method 2. the second way is to download the app, sound assistant from the galaxy store. open it and scroll to the bottom where it says 'multi sound'. this feature lets you play any music app and video apps at the time time. sound assistant has extra volume features that work like separate app sound but now you can easily control what app is playing on what device, and it alsp lets you adjust each volume of every individual app. scroll back up to the top and press 'customize volume panel', enable it, and thats it.

I have the same problem but the problem is only for apple devices like for example I have an android phone and I can listen to music while playing roblox, but on my iPad I can’t do that

roblox once got a lawsuit for like, deleting items from a young girl's inventory and not paying her back, so they went to court, and like, roblox is legally obligated to give deleted items a refund to their owners so if you don't get the robux back from a deleted item you bought, you can sue roblox and WIN

nah the music is a bug, you have to code the app to remove the song from the background, the ability to play games on mobile with music in is on by default when using android studio/gradle

Bro I opened KZbin played my music and some videos let u swipe the line on ur phone and the video stays and I opened Roblox then it stopped but when I joined my game I skipped 15 seconds and it started playing
