Mobile Publisher for Community Cloud

I have a question: as this is a Mobile Web view packaged app, can the transactions be stored offline if no network, and then can it be automatically synced when users come to network? This is because, distributors who are on field, there is no network in the remote areas and they need to access and update records, so how can this work here? Please help me out with this Thank you

I create a community with in app bell notification to create cases, once internal user mention the mobile app user, notification is showing in community but not in mobile publisher app , is there any setting I need to do ?

I have one question I am not able to find lightning communities in org, can u help me in this?

Hey Naveen, click on Service setup, then click on View all link on right side, you can create a lightning community FYI - You would need to enable communities in community setting
