@Bert Safor that is what I was thinking. It looks like a decorative piece at best. There isn't enough mass in the brick to hold very much weight.

@@johnthomas5166 in several countries buildings are made of a concrete skeleton with non load bearing walls. So there's no necessity for a high strength of the bricks, weight reduction is very important though. Thermal insulation is obtained from the channels within the bricks. The best thermal insulation is obtained by many channels in the brick and also by as long as possible walls between the channels within the block. The longer the inner wall, the better i. e. the lesser the heat transport via that wall. Besides the strength of the brick increases too. The same is true for its vulnerability to vertical cracking. Some producers mix the soft clay with sawdust and or polystyrene that will burn during the sintering process. This decreases the internal stress of the blocks and contributes a bit to the insulation properties. Than there is the topic of bricklaying. The blocks shown in the vid are hard to lay since most of the mortar will fall into the channels... Blocks made with a better pattern can be layed much easier and with minimum loss of mortar. Pls look up "poroton bricks" in the internet. Those bricks are very easy to lay with the best possible use of the mortar. Regards from Bert in Spain

Very bad idea to run such a continuous production line, one faulty point will stop the entire line. And prepare to import with this beast a full crew of Chinese engineers and operators to run this line for you. First part is good though, extruder up to flip and should stop here to buffer production.
