Spelling errors and quibbles about tiers aside, this is a nice graphic. One big omission: the ultimate plug-and-play leader, Rex, is missing. I use a Rex lead with Wampa just about every GA and TW for anti-debuff, AoE daze, and TM gain. Add Visas for Sith (and/or heal and revive). Nest, Thrawn, Hoda, zBarriss, or other wildcards can fill the team on 5v5, as can solid leftovers from other used squads (e.g. a sixth Resistance, B. Hunter, etc.). This "extra" Rex/Wampa team has made the difference for me in multiple GAs.

I am at 1.3 mil GP. I play Bounty Hunters, First Order, Phoenix and Nightsisters on defense. Jedi, Empire, Rebels and Imperial Troopers left over for offense. It works pretty well. Most people at my level don't seem to have 8 decent squads and I win on depth. I am working slowly on getting both Revans, will probably take a long time...

It they are moving toward GA they have no reason to keep blowing the power levels out of the universe with every legendary. It should be totally fine if new teams have counters.

I still think there shouldn't be any matchmaking whatsoever in Grand Arena, except for an initial "placement" round. Afterwards, your matches would be dictated by your ladder rank (which is determined by your wins and losses). Seems like the simplest and fairest solution to the problem. Not sure why they went this more convoluted route.

I did not enjoy Grand Arena at all because I am in that “gone broad” category and am around 4.8M GP. Worst mode of the game and a total waste of time. Hopefully Championships is better, but not too hopeful.
