Fray would be an interesting hero Imagine if his skills are like Passive: (idk what to call it) each time he reaches 5th attack, it'll make him Disappear just like what we've seen in this video. It also has Natalia's enhanced basic attack (The Passive has 5 seconds cool down) . 1st skill: switch borders Dash skill with enhanced basic attack. When it hits an enemy, it will allow you to change positions. For example: Fray and Nana = Nana and Fray. 2nd skill: poisonous Smoke Fray throws a poisonous stone that will explode once hits an enemy, the smoke will slowly kill them if they don't get out the smoke emidietly (it can also reduce your passive cooldown if you hit enemies while they're inside the smoke. Ultimate/3rd skill: (idk what to call it) Fray unleashes his true power. In this state, Fray throws a magnetic force that pulls an enemy. It can also reduce passive cooldown So the combo here is Ult + 1st + 2nd skill

I you are kinda creative but let me be honest with you You sound like moontoon developers that when they make a new hero that new hero is gonna abe op when it first come out But i kinda think this one is bettter Passive: where are you going buddy Each basic attack reduce enemy's speed by 10% stack up to 4 and it last until 4 second. Each time he deals damage by his skills reduce their attavk speed and armour by 14% percent stack up to 2 Skill one: still alive 10s cd When used on himself he gains 1000 shield and increase its attack speed by 30% and it gains 10% physical life steal reduce the ult cd by 3 second Second skill : im here. 12s cd This hero gains 120% speed and his next basic attack have 70% extra physical attack and when it hit reduce the ult cd by 3s but if it kill An enemy reduce the ult cd by 10s 3th skill: cant catch me 6s cd Hero can teleport to the target location and leave a copy of himself that attacks enemy's but doesnt deal damage and it reduces their speed by 20% and silence them last 1s if you survive the next 6s after you use this skill reduce ult cd by 3 s Ult: i got you 30s cd Allys around him gains 1000 shield and gains 50% attack for their next basic attack until next 3s and enemy's gains 20% less attack speed and speed

This new hero is amazing as his passive lets him regenerate/recover HP as easily as possible whenever he deals damage with his skills. Another amazing feature of this hero is that he can stack some energy which will later allow for him to use his third and fourth abilities which are not usually available to use at any time. Abilities: Passive - Crystalline Armor fredrinn-passive-skill 85% of the damage Fredrinn receives will be stored as Crystal Energy that decays after 5s. He can convert the Crystal Energy into HP by 40% of the damage dealt within the duration. Skill 1 - Piercing Strike fredrinn-skill-1 Fredrinn thrusts his sword in the target direction, dealing 150/180/210/240/270/300 (+8% Total HP) Physical Damage to enemies hit and slowing them by 30% for 2s. His next Basic Attack gains extra attack range and deals 100/130/160/190/220/250 (+100% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage. This skill deals 50% extra damage against non-hero enemies. Hitting a non-minion enemy with this skill grants Fredrinn 1 combo point(s). Skill 2 - Brave Assault fredrinn-skill-2 Fredrinn dashes in the target direction, dealing 250/270/290/310/330 (+30% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage to the first non-minion enemy hit. His next Basic Attack knocks the target airborne for 0.3s. Hitting an enemy with this skill grants Fredrinn 1 combo. Skill 3 - Energy Eruption fredrinn-skill-3 After a short delay, Fredrinn deals 400/550/700 (+50% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage to nearby enemies and taunts them for 1.2s. Hitting an enemy Hero with this skill reduces the cooldowns of Piercing Strike and Brave Assault by 75%. This skill costs 1 combo point. Skill 4 - Appraiser’s Wraith fredrinn-skill-4 After a short delay, Fredrinn slams his sword in the target direction, dealing 600/800/1000 plus 60% of his Crystal Energy as Physical Damage to enemies in a cone.
