As someone who really loves reading the lores of each and every hero in the game, I can say that Moonton mastered the art of giving their heroes tragic back stories. From Aurora to Valentina, then we have Vexana then Joy, and now this, which is also a very sad story. Yup, I get that they have to die or be gone to fuel these new heroes' anger/perseverance but I also think that these "wasted" characters in their stories can potentially become a very good additional hero in the game. General Tobias, Duke Atticus, Irlan, Fray, Mila and a lot more.

After that, Aurora guarded the Queen's Peak, waiting for Zhask's return. The time rift is found there which was the portal where Zhask came from. Yve who followed Zhask then arrived in the Land of Dawn through this rift. Aurora was the first one to discover Yve but Yve just stared at her with indifference, closed the time rift temporarily, then proceeded to hunt for Zhask in the Land of Dawn.
