this is personal opinion, but in my own experience I tried 4 case and wallet combos before finally settling on the apple leather case and leather wallet. Sure its a bit minimalist, but for genuine daily use the other wallets just aren't as practical, some of your higher up ones are super bulky, which might become an issue when trying to use your phone as a phone? for me if your carrying more than 3 cards it just doesn't make sense to strap them all to the back of your phone. I get the kickstand may be something some people want, and if you do my choice definitely won't work for you, but I never used the kickstand on the second wallet I tried, and found that it just bulked the phone up,. apples solution is overpriced, but its by far the slimmest and most practical which is what matters for daily use. My wallet contains 3 things, my card, my id and my student id. Due to rift protection on most of these wallets (a good thing in the long run), I can't just tap the wallet with my student card in to get into the buildings, so instead I put the card in the back of the wallet, and if I need to get iinto a building I slide the wallet off my phone in my pocket, pull it out, use my thumb to slide my student card half way out and tap myself in, before doing the entire process in reverse. Its quick, simple, easy and can be done with one hand in about 2 seconds max. Not many of the other wallet options can do the same thing for ease of use, while remaining slim and not interfering with the actual phone experience too much. that was a bit of a rant, but my point is the apple wallet has been getting a little more hate than it deserves (though it definitely needs a £20 price drop at least)

I personally really like the Moft wallet with the hinge. I've been using it on my Fold 4 with a magsafe sticker and it works really well for me.

Same thing! And also looks somewhat like the original! Got the Moft flash for my 14Pro Max and I quite like it as well… I mean yeah they could still improve it quite a bit by adding something less slippery at the side that attaches to the phone… But still happy with it 🙂

I'm using the Apple Magsafe wallet primarily because it works with Find My. In my experience this wallet never once fell off my phone while also using an Apple leather case. However when sticking it on a bare iPhone it won't stay on at all.

I'm glad to see the MagBak made it in the top 2. I chose to get it and the Magbak together and have been very pleased with both along with the wireless car charger. Some of the strongest magnets I've seen. Love that you also don't get sponsored so it's easy to trust your reviews.

I bought a Casetify MagSafe wallet for my iPhone 13 mini. It’s the worst wallet i have gotten. It is slightly too wide for the phone (I have a Peel ultra thin case) and it lifts up towards the bottom of the phone so that if you hold it up there is a gap where you can see sunlight. Also, you can barely fit three cards in it :-( Overall, a very expensive ($42) fail for me. I’ll stick with the Sinjimoru Stretchy magnetic wallet.

I just don’t understand why anyone would want a MagSafe wallet that holds more than 3. The whole point is to be minimal and sleek. I bought the moft, and the MagSafe is total junk. Weak. Pointless. no1 has a pop grip so in my opinion it shouldn't be included in this review as pop grips are not only the worst thing ever invented for a phone but if you wanted to use the wallet on its own which alot of people do from time to time you have that extra bulk (aka a stupid ass pop grip) 🤮🤮🤮

I purchased an ESR Halo case and their Wallet. After two weeks the rubber around the edges began to peel off and some of the stitching was coming undone. I reached out to them and received a replacement. After using it for the last 6 months some of the rubber has peeled off but the stitching is still intact. As you mentioned, if you add two cards to the outer sleeve ya kinda need to keep two cards in the outer sleeve due to the stretching. It’s been a solid wallet for me, but only with the Halo case…

I've got the PopWallet+, PeakDesign and MagBak wallets. IMHO, the MagBak is the best cause it holds a lot of cards and has the finger loop. The only downside is that I have to remove it from the phone when driving to mount my phone. Does it work with any wide magnet or does it have to be only MagBak's magnet?

Why do you have to remove it? I had one for about 18 months and never once removed to mount in my car with the mike back magnetic mount! My only problem is the lack of choice of colours! I had a blue case with brown wallet for ages, but with my new phone, I wanted a different colour scheme. I’m not into black!

Odd request but can you make a video on the best non yellowing clear cases? I buy spigen ultra hybrid using your links but they always yellow afterwards couple months. Brands like Torras and Bare armor claim to have non yellowing cases but I haven’t seen any units in hand or KZbin reviews.

Terrible selection, that MagBak looks like trash awful design, quality control issues, no additional use and don't understand why you rant so much on Moft when they have model with much stronger wallet when it is important to you but this MagBak still looks weak and use proprietary magnets also with visible card at all times. Popsocket is okay but too thick and plastic. Also why your dog needs to be constantly on camera and dress like a clown?

I have a MOFT wallet on an Apple silicone case and the magnetic grip is good. I can lift my iPhone 14 Pro up by the wallet and jiggle it about without the wallet detaching. Thanks for all the great reviews. xx

My issue is having to remove wallet from phone to charge on the charge pad in my car. I have the Bellroy in this vid. It won’t charge with wallet on it.
