how do i increase mobility/flexibility for hurdle sprinting(hips, attack leg), javelin throw(the shoulders)

If you were a child gymnast, and that's how much flexibility you got left then you shouldn't be teaching flexibility at all. Then again, what kind of mobility / flexibility studio have cardio machines?

I've pretty much replaced static stretching for this. With static stretching I was always loose but an advantage of pnf stretching is having the strength to put a muscle through a full RoM and increase end range strength
