If you have Aventurine and have no plans to pull Jingliu, then yes. He may not be the best DPS in the game, but Aventurine makes him plenty viable, and his early eidolons aren't that game changing.

Its okay e2 only gives more energy regen, better you use Swordplay Lightcone because if you use herta shop LC, you need kill 1 enemy to active the passive, and aventurine boss not spawn minion☺️☺️
