What separates zero cycle from "true" zero cycle?

Oh well "true" 0-cycle is just a term for when you clear a floor in 0-cycles (aka 30 remaining cycles left). "0-cycle" in itself usually means to just 0-cycle one side of a floor. A floor has 2 sides, so true 0-cycle just means you're clearing both sides of that floor in 0-cycles. I hope this makes sense.
