I sat down this afternoon to watch your video, as last night I was too tired to observe my Friday night ritual, with an iced late and a happy heart. As I watched the weather change, and watched your hands weave the magic spell that created this glorious loaf, I realized just HOW much I cherish and admire the hours of effort you put forth in order for us(your community) to get to spend these few minutes a week with you. You're a sorcerer with words and wheat; you twist the elements of the culinary world, and form them into works of delicious art. I know that I say it often, but thank you so very much for the work you do to bring us these glimpses into your mind, heart and spirit; the riches and beauty we're finding there are precious and priceless.

I have water in my mouth seeing you slicing the bread. And what a wonderfull way to wake up, looking at that landscape before baking your bread and make the coffee like you do. And in Japan!!! Just by watching you bake that makes me feel happy. I can try to imagine how you feel when you take your bread out of the oven and have your kitchen smelling of the most beautiful fresh 🍞 bread aroma. How did you learn to bake? Thank you for sharing your videos. Nothing is permanent but change. So true. Same thing with the whole process of baking. 😆

Hello from İstanbul, Turkey ☺ I made focaccia twice thinking it was easy as it is just mixing, and it came out very delicious. This one was a brave trial for me 😂 It did not come out as puffy as yours probably because the yeast couldn't be active enough and my dough was a bit wet in the beginning so I added some extra flour 🤔 Still it was an excitement to see the lovely shape and good taste. Thank you, it is such a pleasure to watch your channel 🙏
