This is a much more pleasant face to look at compared to the last one, lol. There's something about the kind expression that's inviting. I also enjoy the patterns of colors and light sheen on its surface. The moche feline jewelry is gorgeous! Me want, lol. 😍 Me no want pupae in my decomposing flesh. 😐 What an interesting object... The pieces surrounding it (around 3:48) caught my attention too! I can see at least three examples I'd love to learn more about - particularly the beaten? metal? thing on its left and the strange bird-box thing next to that. Locking it in: I gotta visit at least 10 museums next year.

Serious question...I can't tell exactly how big the head stirrup vessel is, but it looks about the size of a real head. Since they used molds to make many ceramics, do you think they used a real sacrificial head to mold any of the vessels?

Or maybe they asked him when still alive to be model side by side making the clay head that will harden & then put another print clay container. Also, the fact that in video had been mentioned of the exaggerated ear & the 3 flies symbols, I presume they changed abit of the realistic face with their symbolic meanings.
