Blood swab u actually dry than pack it, wrong process u have done and knife with stain hasn't dried but packed in polyethene pouch or ziplock cover so many wrong proceedures

Since you understand that you have to gather evidence that will hold in court wouldn't it be best if you had a lawyer with you? On cross-examination, the evidence gathered may be questioned because of procedure but the lawyer would know how to handle that.
