One thing I want to mention here is the interviewer is like interviewing not a student but he is asking back to back questions to put pressure on this guy actually this is not the exact way to interview instead you have to see the capability of student how he tackles the overall situations in the current scenario

He visited our college today! He is so humble and Kind! He confessed that he knew a lot of people who had a lot of information but couldn't express that in their answers and for civil services you need smartness!!! May Allah raise him Spiritually and Physically!

Civil services never and no more requires a database of knowledge. For me it is more about choosiness that entirely depends upon the panel framed. I have seen this not only in JKPSC but also UPSC. I swear , not judging this candidate by just this interview . He might be a very knowlegeable and might have underwnt enough improvement over the time. Its not everyone's cup of tea to crack mains and then face the panel irrepective of all the things.

I found this very interview interesting, but interviewers are posing question after question , which is not good way of interviewing aspirants, If they had posed questions after listening interviewees answers, it would had been great experience for other aspirants who are currently preparing for exam.

This is no way to conduct an interview. The interviewer lacks the basic skills required to take an interview properly. Even my school teachers did a better job during our practical vivas, asking questions in a structured and relevant way. This panel doesn’t even give the feel of a public service interview completely unprofessional. Not impressed at all.
