Sir my two cents about how interviews are going for testing nowadays: Initial round in hackerrank with mcq and programs to solve. Next round zoom face to face technical interview about testing and automation concepts Next round about VP engineering or director of engineering of QA asking you process and framework related questions. Last is HR . Usually this is the process
