Mock Rescue Scenario

In this video you see a mock rescue taking place at T.I.M.E. Service's Fairfield office.
This is a scenario where an emergency occurs but the confined space entrant is capable of assisting with his egress from the space. The safety attendant in this scenario engages the fall arrest block into mechanical retrieval mode and cranks the cable tight to assist with the extrication of the entrant. The topside supervisor who acts as the rescue leader communicates with all parties during the rescue and ensures that the umbilical is kept slack free during the process.

Ladder not chocked properly should also be supported by sides of ladder you are generating to much weight on just the rung its self. FYI

safety supervisor isn't wearing ba..... while standing next to the hole...and oporating the winch . should always treat the hole as an inert job if the entry man and top safety man is under helmet.

The rescue operator is walking around the manhole without fall arrest nor any other fall protection... If he falls into the reactor, a disaster is promptly created.

Yup especially when goin down, 30m of umbilical free falling and landing on you will piss you right off thats why you have floaters if available.

I seen a guy get caught on a tray and by his egress bottle hell dangerous.

communication between standby person and entrant is important.. when reach the tray let standby person know, he will slow down the pneumatic.

Lack of numbers ,and space all to common, good to have floaters panel man has one job comms and the life support panel.
