Oh bob's house on mockingbird pl. it was once listed with development plan by saota in the past. that rendering was amazing . but i guess this time it will sell as it is with no development opportunity. Interiors is outdated with low ceilings though, The combination of location,lot size ,views.and privacy this is very rare to find. and i guess they did little interior renovation Thanks for the video tri blend 😄👍

Ich glaube, dass der Schall in den USA anders funktioniert. Nach einem Meter bricht er abrupt ab. Das erklärt auch, warum man freiwillig in einem modernen Haus mit nur einem großen offenen Erdgeschoss wohnen möchte. In Deutschland versucht man Bereiche, die sehr laut werden können, wie Küche (Dunstabzugshauben) und TV Bereich ( TV ohne Kopfhörer erleben dürfen) voneinander zu trennen. Oder gehen die zum TV schauen in ihren Entertainment Bereich? Was ist, wenn man telefonieren möchte und jemand nebenbei redet? Muß man zum reden in den 2. Stock? seeya

Looks more like a corporate headquarters than a home. The phony Jeff Koons balloon dog is sad. Whether Koons' balloon sculptures are to your taste or not, nothing screams tacky wannabe like a HUGE badly done fake in the front yard.
