Why will the constant from y-momentum balance be a function of x and not z? (in the poiseuille flow problem)

because variation in the z direction is neglected as it is sufficiently long... and the problem becomes in 2D with x and y.. which is set as coordinates at 44:28

Wouldnt it be Tau yx, instead of Tau xy...? in the couette flow problem
