Great video as always! This one was a lot of fun to watch, that SRT hauls the mail! Sounds awesome too! I am going to call this as I see it.....These new Durango's aren't SUV's, they are the modern interpretation of the American Station Wagon! They have a completely muscle car look to their styling, they actually have the muscle to back up the look. And, with that combination they completely bring to mind the Police Package Dodge Polara Custom Station Wagon, The Police Package Plymouth Fury Station Wagon , The very rare and odd 1970 Chevelle Greenbriar Station Wagon with the LS-6 package, and vehicles like that. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool Chevy guy, but I do love a nice Mopar too! Great job! Keep up the good work bro!

Mod2Fame Vlog Do u have the ‘15 Durango or 17’? I know the 17’ Durango R/T a little bit more faster than the ‘15 cause they put more driving modes and a Sport Mode . My Dad’s ‘15 only had an Eco Mode but the ‘17 we have now has a Sport Mode and its wayy quicker than the 15 getting to 60 and 100 . I raced a Scat Pack Charger and kept up til about 100 and he was only 3 car lengths ahead flooring it

Even tho you’re car is a tad slower you can still tune it so it’s best off if you save your 20k for some tunes and make it a little more faster then the SRT

I'm not sure if it's year differance, but I think that R/T wasn't in sport mode. I couldn't see the green flag. Also (at least in 2019 model) you get lunch control (sort of). In sport mode and with traction control of you can launch it from 3,5k RPM getting 5,7s 0-62 MPH. I really like my Durango 😁

Yes I have a srt 2018 pushing 528hp with mods and tune it could be more like 808if I do internal. But not worth 40,000 more to hurt the transmission doing so.

I know the SRT is faster but it seemed to me you wasn't in Sport Mode. Second you have heavier rims. Third did you even double shift in 3rd gear for the extra push lol. Great Video anyway. Keep it coming

Not surprising.. it's 25% more hp and 20% more torque. It should murder an R/T. I've got an '18 R/T and it's a tun of fun to drive, crazy quick in sport mode, much quicker than my Trailblazer SS. But, take the $20k more the SRT costs and put it in the R/T and it'll walk on the SRT just the same.

They're both equally bricks but the JGC has a weight advantage. It's quite a bit lighter. Around 400lbs curb weight difference. Published times have the JGC at a slight advantage.

There are no video's that show how you can mod a R/T all motor non supercharge / non turbo to 400 hp or a little over at the motor. Every video is just on acceleration response, exhaust, and cold air kit. This is a good video though.

that is not even fair the RT has the lower HP version of the RT 360 hp vs 475 hp put a 400 hp 5.7 vs a 475 hp 6.4 I bet you it will keep up. The 5.7 is a better engine all the way
