Bolu putih telur

75gr margarin
Cairkan
Bahan kering
150gr terigu
40r susu bubuk
20gr maizena
Ayak dan aduk
350gr putih telur suhu ruang
1/4 sdt garam
1 sdt SP
150gr gula pasir
Pasta pandan dan pasta coklat
mixer putih telur hingga mengembang berbuih halus
Masukkan gula pasir dan SP, kocok hingga kaku
Masukkan bahan kering secara bertahap
Masukkan mentega cair
Bagi 3 bagian, beri pasta pandan dan coklat
Tuang dalam loyang 24Cm yang sudah di oles dengan Carlo
Panggang dengan oven yang sudah dipanaskan, suhu 150C api atas bawah selama 30 menit

75g margarine
Unfreeze
Dry ingredients
150g flour
40r powdered milk
20g cornstarch
Sift and stir
350g room temperature egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp SP
150g granulated sugar
Pandan paste and chocolate paste
Mix the egg whites until they form a fine foam
Add granulated sugar and SP, beat until stiff
Add dry ingredients gradually
Add melted butter
Divide into 3 parts, add pandan paste and chocolate
Pour into a 24cm pan that has been greased with Carlo
Bake in a preheated oven, temperature 150C top and bottom for 30 minutes
