Hello sir iam having my site door area 2.2sqm and jambs only in one face of plaster wall 50%deduction done for both face in 12mm and 15mm and jambs ,soffit area can't be added is it right or not and

Hi, regarding the IS 1200 part 13 clause 3.6b sand plaster -50%. It shall be paid also if primer, 2 coats putty and 2 coats paints. My doubt is uneven surfaces will be levelled with primer and 2 coats putty.

Sir shall we deduct plaster thickness for measuring paint quantity . As after brick work we usually do 15 plaster .

Yes you can deduct, As IS 1200 did not mentioned anything on this matter, But when you measure the external paint, so you should add the thickness of plaster

Sir I have one doubt about RCC jali. No-1 point I understand but 2 and 3 still doubt. If the opening size is 1mtrx1.2mtr -for one side,it will be 1x1.2=1.2 sqmt =1.2+(1.2x100%)=2.4 sqmt But point no 2 and 3 doubt

I have a concern about the door frame painting is that if around the door frame door beads have been fixed then the area under the door beads shall be deduct or not?

If painting was not done on beads so you can deduct as IS code is silent on it.

Painting overall means that not need to measure both side .. simply calculate area and multiply with multiply factor dear correct it 👍
