How loud is a model 1 compared to a model 2?

I've never heard a Model 2 before, but from what I understand, the 2 is louder. I measured the 1 from about 100 feet away using an SPL app on one of my cell phones a few years ago and got about 98 dB, so it's probably more comparable to a 2T.
