What is the part # for the side mill cutter for Model A thrust washers (2.250” dia.) Currently trying to machine for inserts with a kwik-way LBM. This is the last piece of the puzzle for me.

Excellent video! Do you have footage of boring out the main gallery and cutting the notches to accept inserts?

Not at the moment on model A but I think maybe a model T if you search my videos Thank you

This is brilliant. I was looking at doing this on my TA14 but this looks much better. I have all the Kwik Way tools to do it. What is the part number of the shell end mill and do you use the same one for A and B? It looks like you had to modify it in the gap under the cap.

Great work, I'm having an issue locating a replacement thrust washer since the guy who built mine orig is dead and he didn't file the oil grooves like you did so it wore smooth out. .04 wear. I found some replacement washers but they are too large OD. I need 2.59" and Id 2.00", and a thickness of .25". Really didn't want to tear this down completely but may have to have it re machined to accept larger thrust washer OD. 2.875 is what I have found so far. Do you have any B thrust washers in these dimensions or am I screwed? Thanks in advance...

I buy my inserts and thrust washers from antique engine rebuilding, don’t know right off the size but you could give them a call Hope you get along well with putting it back together

@@randallstrickland8204 Thanks sir. I machined down the oversized ones to fit the motor. Had to get very precise but worked out well. Thanks for the tip on that.

@@randallstrickland8204 Well, that washer failed already so I am going to have to pull the motor down I guess... Where can I get the face cutter and boring bar like you have here? What size OD are you cutting to?
