It is 1/400 and you can buy stuff like that in the Aircraft Model Store, Midwest Model Store, Scale Model Store, Eztoys, or others.

The mat is a custom from layoverlayouts.com and is designed to fit on linnmon table tops. The table tops sit on top of regular folding tables.

I've slowly built up parts of the airport through the years, but if you were buy it all today and start from scratch it would above $1k when you consider the terminal buildings, models, and mat.
