If u thought "Whiplash" was good, u'll have a panic attack when u'll see "Drama", "Supernova" or "Armageddon" 🤣. They're the new reigning queens of k-pop (in Blackpink's absence, ofc😉), totally dominating 2024 kpop charts & awards ceremonies (actually not dominating, but totally destroying them & breaking records). Also, if I may add, they're very experimental with their music, not being afraid to approach new styles or genres (almost no 2 of their songs are the same). And the visuals, OMFG...u're totally right. Even for me, a die hard Blackpink & XG fan, I must admit that they're simply unmatched in terms of beauty. Is not for nothing that Karina (the Leader, korean, dancer, rapper, vocalist - the stunning, taller brunete, with longer hair, who was driving the car or controlling the camera) is called "the human AI" , for her almost ireal lvl of beauty (closer to an AI generated perfect image). And the other 3 members: Giselle (rapper, vocalist, japanese, the girl with pink long hair), Ning Ning (main vocalist, dancer,, rapper, chinese, maknae - the other long haired brunette) & Winter (main vocalist, dancer, korean - the girl with the short black hair) are equally mesmerizingly gorgeous. And their vocals... especially Ning Ning's & Winter's are among the best in the whole industry.

aespa!!! Here is the perfect example of how K-pop is purely outdistancing the rest of the world in music performance. It's a post post modern vibe of an "everything everywhere, all at once" feel. These are immensely talented, gorgeous "YOUNG" women who are giving you everything all at once, right? The dance club, strong beats, strong visuals, strong lyrics, great vocals, don't forget rapping, singing, dancing, strutting (they are like catwalking here). It's percussive. It's propulsive!!! it's highly stylized all around performing. You could watch this over and over and constantly find new things in it. They are literally focus cross trained to do everything expertly. aespa!!!

The whiplash album is so good. By the way, AESPA has a storyline that's told throughout their music videos- in short it's about their "characters" that are connected to their virtual counterparts in this AI/virtual world. They have a "virtual" guide named Naevis who can connect them between both worlds (has a small feature in Welcome to My World, one of my favorite b-sides). There's a bit more to the storyline, but it's 5:30 am

Aespa is another of the newer, good, girl groups. There's quite a few of them, so I've been watching to see which one might break out of the pack. In K-pop, every group has their own "concept", and that concept will appeal to different demographics, and with so many choices, none of them has really broken out yet. The closest is Baby Monster (this song reminds me of their "Click Clack"), but we'll see how their first album goes. Aespa and Baby Monster are two that I like more than most. My musical tastes are very particular. ;) Adding something that's bugging me: The two songs from (G)Idle - Idle - that I recommended need to be played in order, and I don't think I menationed that. "Allergy" comes first, and "Queen card" second, otherwise the story doeswn't make sense. I had to post this or it would have driven me crazy. ;) Still appreciating how you're doing things, keep going. O.K., I'm going to get nerdy, so bear with me. ;) It just hit me that you seem to have your videos go public at around the same time everyday, and I've seen that you try to respond to comments as well, but at a later time. The thing is, comments are a key part of engagement, and engagement is a key factor in catching the algorithm's attention and moving you up. I don't know your IRL schedule, but if you can have your videos go live at a time when you could respond within 20-30 minutes, that would help you, since the first hour that a video goes public is THE key time period. I'm old and tired, so I don't worry about such things, but most subscribers/viewers do, and this would encourage them to get to your videos early (ring the notification bell) and comment, in hopes of getting a heart/response. This could boost you during that key hour.

Well you can honestly have your hair just like them, girl with the short Bob is the blonde hair girl and the Bob is a wig and the rest of the blonde hair is extensions. All of aespa wear extensions, actually all female kpop idols wear extensions and there are a variety of hair textures underneath those extensions. Most of aespa's real hair stops when their hair touches their shoulders or shorter. Kpop girls cannot maintain long healthy hair with all the bleaching and styling it goes through so they cut it and keep it cut.
