सर एक सवाल पूछना है यदि कोई कर्मचारी सेवनिर्वित्त हो गया है, पर रेलवे क्वार्टर दो साल तक खाली नही करता है, तो ऐसे में उसकी ग्रेजुईटी से अधिक पैनल रेंट हो जाएगा, तो इस केस में क्या उससे रिकवरी या पैनल रेंट में माफी का कोई प्रावधान है।

@@yenamandraradheshyam4555 R/sir, as discussed with u .. that reservation rule will be implemented in upgradation from 4600 to 4800 grade pay as per railway board extant rule. From 1dec 2022 . But when some employees who have retired in 2023,2024 and some become axen in 2023,2024. Whether they should be accounted in list for upgradation from 1dec 2022. As in northern railway ..they are still in seniority list in upgradation... Due to which some general candidate left in list...guide us sir
