Hi At 13mn36 you switch pivot point to the medium why not continuung with individual origin ?

Just select the root bone and move the box. Root bone is the first bone we added.

Thanks for your tutorial - but i got 1 trouble - when I fold the face of the box with the rig - the face is distorted - how do I fix it?

Please make sure u select whole face and assign it to the bone with weight 1.
