Sir, I highly respect you but this person in the video is not at all good, during the time of open auditions, he didn't take the audition for many of the people out their and he just rejected them without any reason. And I must say many of them were actually capable, it's just a matter of fact that the agencies don't take open auditions post covid, otherwise some of them would have been selected. I even had a word with some of the models from that agency, even they told me that you are right, but since they were newbies so they can't do much. But I know that aapne bhut hardwork kra h lekin sometimes because of some people kisi ka hardwork waste ho jaata h uss particular time pr. So yeah many youngsters do reject themselves which is a matter of concern😔
