Will the Configurations Viewpoint be added to the basic Capella install? It looks useful. Note that the link to the add-on wasn't in the video description, and it's not on the add-ons page. So I found our users aren't aware of the VPMS add-on. I'm just holding on to see if it becomes compatible with Capella 6.1.0 to see if we'll use it.

I really like the concepts presented and I think this approach would be very powerful to aid the functional analysis for systems which may operate in several modes. However, I am concerned about the terminology "configuration" as adopted here. Spite of being semantically correct in this context, this term is already taken by neighbor domain (such as in "Configuration Management"), what, I'm afraid, may lead to miscommunication across the organization.

Configuration is also used often used in Product Line Engineering contexts. It is one of those words used in multiple contexts. Any better idea is welcome!

Maybe you could use "Readiness". Capability is the first that comes to mind but it is already taken in the Capella namespace. Maybe Faculty, Facility...
