This is probably the most informative and useful video on glues and puttys I've found. I've just started out making dioramas and knowing when and where to use a specific adhesive can be challenging. There are so many different CA glues out there and your explanation of their capillary action was fantastic. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, its very much welcomed.

I'm unclear about the difference between some of these. What is the difference between cemedine and super glue? What is the advantage of the tamiya craft bond, is that like regular white (elmers) glue?
@A4Garage4 ай бұрын
Most of these glues have no problem even if they are used in the same place, but it would be good to try and feel the slight differences in curing speed, ductility, and viscosity.

Great video! Have you ever used Konishi Bond G-Clear? I’m wondering how similar it is to the Cemendine High Grade? I can’t find it here in the US and it’s expensive to ship from Japan was wondering if it’s worth getting some if it’s superior to the G-Clear I use.
@A4Garage2 жыл бұрын
I haven't used G-Clear, so it's hard to answer accurately, but I think the adhesion strength is good without any problem. However, I understand that there is a difference in viscosity.
