Only thing that bothers me about this model is the fact I think the vertical springs and rotational springs will (globally) combine to misrepresent the rocking stiffness of the foundation as a whole. This can be critical for dynamic analysis.

In case for rigid foundation, the modulus of subgrade reaction (Bowles) will be proposed for the spring stiffness of each node of support so that the final summation of Ks is equal to 40*Qult.
