Kindly share the estimated cost up to roofing shell house. Also i think its wise to give people an estimated labour cost of building such a house through your company. This gives people more insight and can plan beter otherwise it remains a ghost figure which is feared by most making people cancel or postpone their plans to build. I know costs can vary but u can give a near close estimate
