Fantastic concept.. but as much as price is relative, for a grown up it'll be challenging living in such a confined space. but I'd wish if the investor would make it a hostel. I remember paying 17k p.m. way back when I was in campus and that place wasn't as lit as this... or rather turn it into a furnished hotel room kind of situation where I pay p.m. and all amenities including that gas are sorted... but men, they are fancy bedsitters👍

I have learnt some small space lessons here, the floorplan is also good and the storage tricks are very efficient, one thing i do when looking for a place is turn on the tap to see if there is water or its dry, Most Nairobians know this hack. And then the TVStands were kinda misplaced 😂😂 sorry to say but how can it be adjacent to a warddrobe. Love your content tho, good voice and video quality is awesome.
