I’m in a similar situation I could be in school and have a car and a home with my significant other but I stoped it all so my sister would get her ged she’s a single mom with tow amazing kids but can’t stop work to go to school so I did the work for her

After losing my Grandpa in March of this year this album (especially Jake's half) really hits home. I already felt a connection with Bren as I've been stuck in an endless loop of hiding myself away and smoking to try to relieve my anxiety for a while and lockdown pushed me even further down the rung. This band is/was beautiful and even if they don't come back I'm glad they were about in my lifetime

Modern Baseball is more than just a band to me. Their documentary got me to reach out to friends about everything I'm dealing with, their songs comfort me, their obvious friendship made me happy. And yes, I did sing along to Just Another Face at the end of Tripping in the Dark, and yes, I cried.

Do the vocals sound a little odd to anyway? I absolutely love them, it just seems like at the very start of the song, Jake's voice seems a lot higher and more nasally than usual, although it goes back to normal later in the song.
