Modern British Literature Spring 2022 James Joyce, Dubliners, 'Ivy Day in the Committee Room,' 'A

I'm confused- I came here b/c I've been reading "Ivy Day..." and I have had more trouble understanding that one than any of the others. However, I'm now 40 minutes into skimming your video and I have not even heard you mention one single one of the characters in "Ivy Day"- is this mislabelled? It sounds like you might be talking about another story in Dubliners I haven't gotten to yet.

@@MH_Niall Thanks! I was just confused. I saw that eventually he started talking about it- I get the impression he does these for his class, not for the general viewing public, and if so... I get it. But I do wish it was labelled a little more accurately, as someone who came to see it based on the title of the video and my personal interest in the story.
